SRI SARALA MAISAMMA TEMPLE Sarala Maisamma Temple is located in deep mid of Rachakonda Forest in Yadadri Bhongir district, Choutuppal Mandal, Allapur Village, which is 70 Kilometres from Hyderabad on Vijayawada highway. There are two routes available from Hyderabad, first one is from Toopranpet village and another from Koyyalagudem village both are on Vijayawada high way. You will have to travel 5 Kilometres in forest to reach this place. Sri Sarala Maisamma temple is famous for Goddess Maisamma in the Rachakonda forest, per locals there is a story available which is linked to King of Nizam and his soldiers. Per them, one of the Nizam's battalions of used stay near by this place in the forest where daily needs like food and water used to supply them nearby village which is called Pahad.
